The Property
The fort is 350 years old and was the stronghold of the Jodoan Rajputs. Today it is a 12 room hotel owned by their descendants and the family remain in residence as hosts to their guests. Accommodation is in 6 luxury tents and 6 rooms/suites within the fort. From the fort walls there are views over farmland, rugged scrub of the Daang plateau, Kalisil Lake and its irrigation canal. The owner is in residence most of the time. A visit to the nearby village is a must!
