Mumbai Airport
Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji International and Domestic airports are 30 km and 25 km (respectively) north of the city. Mumbai is India’s largest airport and most important aviation hub. The heavy traffic means that the journey between the airport and city centre can be very long and frustrating. Therefore if you are in transit or catching an early flight it is sensible to remain nearby.
