Khem Villas is a luxury jungle camp established in 1989 on 10 acres of ground on the outskirts of the National Park. The space was a wilderness and was planted with indigenous trees, it has open grassland and a number of small water bodies that means the resort has become a habitat for wildlife in itself.

The accommodation at Khem Villas is divided into three categories (rooms in the main building, luxury tents and cottages) and the design is simple sophistication. The tents are erected on a wooden platform on a steel frame and have all modern amenities. The food (which is vegetarian only out of respect to nature) is freshly cooked mainly using home grown organic vegetables and local milk from organically fed cows.
