The guest cottages on the Ambady Estate are spacious and comfortable and there is a cosy restaurant where meals are taken. This is a great base for people interested in walking and wildlife because a wide range of birds (including sunbirds, barbets, parrots) and other animals (including forest squirrels, Malabar giant squirrel, flying squirrel, barking deer) may be seen from the grounds.
