Kurialacherry House has three cottages these are; Pavithram which is a former granary that used to store rice from the properties paddy fields, Pranavam which is constructed with brick on the lower half and wood on the upper and Paurnami which has views that overlook the lush green paddy fields and tranquil lotus pond.
