Couple of minor problems effectively and quickly dealt with by agent. Night-time noise was an occasional problem - particularly in Udaipur where an adjacent building played amplified music until 3am. The guides in Delhi, Jaipur and Udaipur were polite and informative but were "going through the motions" rather than inspiring us with the beauty of what we were seeing. By contrast, the guide in Ahmedabad was superb. Overall, we are extremely impressed with India/Kerala Connections and will very likely book with you again

We had an incredible journey, it was beyond our expectations – amazing. The drivers were lovely, and the food was delicious. Le Colonial was a lovely hotel to start the holiday. We had our best meal here. Paradisa Plantation was our favourite location. Marari Villas was a great place to finish the holiday.

Once again a great holiday. Many thanks for everything. Drivers and guides were flexible, polite and knowledgeable. We would recommend you to other people – and already have done so.

This was our first time visiting India. We both agree it was the best holiday we have ever had (and I have travelled a great deal). Everything went so smoothly from the minute we were picked up at the airport. We did and saw so much in three weeks. We have totally fallen in love with India and we are already panning our return visit. Thank you so much.

Your itinerary and quote is excellent and the map at the back really helped us to understand the routing.
We had an amazing time, and Kerala certainly lived up to all our expectations. Every different part of the trip was a wonderful new experience and nothing disappointed.
From the moment we booked with Kerala Connections we were confident we had made the right choice. The pre-holiday information pack was so useful and any questions we had were always dealt with promptly and efficiently. The professional looking tour information booklet was really excellent - our Bible! - and it contained all we needed to know about each location. We could not fault in any way any aspect of your arrangements for us - which speaks volumes! We really did not want to leave Kerala and I know we shall return one day - and we will certainly choose you as our tour operator again. The holiday way exceeded our expectations and we truly loved every minute of it.
We were very impressed by the documents supplied by you.

Top scores given for all aspects of our service, the agents and all the accommodation.
We had an excellent holiday as we visited the places we wanted to see and stayed in a range of very good accommodation. All of the arrangements went very smoothly. We felt confident as a returning customer that we would get helpful advice during the planning for the holiday and the local agent and their arrangements were faultless.

The overall holiday experience was once again excellent. Possibly the best stay was at Dewalokam because the hosts were so charming, the shared meals made for interesting mealtimes sharing experiences with a wide range of guests. Next best accommodation was Coconut Lagoon. Because they could not give us the cottage we had booked we were upgraded to the best accommodation which had a private pool and suite - spectacular!

Everything was wonderful. A fantastic holiday. We haven’t stopped raving about it. Thank you for one of the best holidays we've had.

The whole trip was fantastic, including hotels, food and people. Agents/driver excellent – helpful and efficient. Your tipping information was extremely useful.

All the hosts at the different accommodation went out of their way to make us feel welcome. At Nelpura Mr Chacko took us round his paddy fields; at Kayal they arranged a Kathakali performance; at Chera Rocks we were taken to see Theyyam and then invited into a home for a festival meal. These experiences help to make our holiday very special!

The whole holiday was amazing. We were very pleased we booked 2 nights on the Kerala Houseboat - this gave us the chance to get away from the busy waterways and into the narrow canals and really see life. The overall holiday was excellent! Our original plans were to book on a small group holiday but we found travelling on our own with a driver was a good experience that we would like to repeat. The drivers were supportive and thoughtful but not intrusive. Our hosts at the homestays were welcoming and informative.

Absolutely everything was FANTASTIC ! Everyone was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a holiday of a lifetime. The itinerary was prefect for an introduction to Kerala; the accommodation was superb, the food delicious and all activities were interesting and worthwhile.

We had a lovely trip. Beach Gate Bungalows - this was a little oasis. I loved Cochin and found it very interesting. I enjoyed the Kathakali performance more than I expected. The Good Earth Rice Barge was my choice and not one you promote. The boat was VERY basic, but it was clean and the three crew were delightful. We had a lovely three days cruising the backwaters. Aakriti Homestay - what excellent hosts the Kumars are. Our three days here were excellent. KAAV Safari Lodge - we loved our tents!!! They were so comfortable and on their own away from the main building. The manager - PK is superb. He is quiet, gentle and runs a really tight ship. Amaryllis - we probably had the best view from our three house – the lower one. The food was excellent – and Victor and Jini are great hosts. Chera Rocks Beach House - the rooms were fairly basic, but lovely hot showers and were right on the beach.
So that’s a run down on our holiday. As you can see it was a great success. Thank you for organising it for us.
I would just like to echo Alli’s comments about our truly wonderful holiday. We were looked after from beginning to end by so many lovely people, saw so many wonderful things, and enjoyed the magic of India once again. Thank you so much.

Thank you for such a well written and comprehensive set of documents to send us on our way. Your care is much appreciated. We will recommend you to anyone.
We're safely back from our second trip to Kerala (the previous one was in 2006). Companion Holidays (the local agent) was obviously doing things efficiently in the background. The drivers were all careful, polite and pleasant. Brunton Boatyard and Coconut Lagoon - the same perfection as on our previous visit.
This was our first self-guided India holiday - no detailed timetable, no early mornings to go to temples etc- and it worked perfectly. After six visits to India, we had the confidence to get around and see what we wanted at our own pace - having luxury accommodation to fall back on helped! A great trip, thanks. As always, we said to ourselves that it would be our last to India, but who knows........

Nothing went wrong – what more can I say? I cannot praise your people enough. It all worked like clockwork. Thanks very much.
The best holiday yet in this beautiful country. You have excelled yourselves and we shall look forward to returning again with you next year. Thank you so much.
